Graduation day is a rare occasion to have professional photographs with friends and family.

During a session, one of our professional photographers will take numerous skilful shots of you and your loved ones.

Please note: Portrait Session times are not allocated and occur on a 'first-come, first-served' basis during the studio opening hours for your ceremony.

Please use a personal email address when completing your order. Using a personal email guarantees that you will receive an order invoice. Your order invoice is required for graduation day.

Frequently Asked Questions

The sitting fee covers your time with our professional photographer and does not include copies or the copyright of the images. The images can be purchased separately from approximately 48 hours after graduation.
You may have your Portrait Session anytime during studio opening hours. Photography studios open approximately 90 min prior to the ceremony and close 30 mins prior to the ceremony commencing. The studios will then re-open immediately after the ceremony concludes and remain open until demand wanes.
Any guests, even those without ceremony tickets, may join you in the session.
Yes, you can pay cash or EFTPOS for a Portrait Session on graduation day. Please see our staff at the Photography Services Desk.
We endeavour to have the proofs online in approximately 48 hours after your ceremony. You will need your reference code starting with ‘G’ to view the images through the “View/Order Portrait Images” button on our website. Once the proofs are available you can start ordering, however please note, it could be up to 5 business days later for purchased digital images to be available to download.
